The Telehouse Data Center, operational since 2010, is a Tier 3 facility designed to meet stringent industry standards, ensuring high availability and reliability. Its infrastructure and operations are based on the TIA-942 standard for cabling and network design, and its IT services and procedures are compliant with the ITIL framework, aiming for ISO 20000 certification. This foundation provides a robust platform for mission-critical IT environments.
Power and Cooling Infrastructure
The center is engineered with high redundancy to maximize uptime. It features N+1 UPS Redundancy, N+1 Cooling Redundancy, and N+1 Standby Power Redundancy. Power delivery includes 32-amp 230 volt AC circuits per rack, supporting a Max power/rack of 5 kW. The facility utilizes a Raised Floor design with a maximum floor load of 500 kg/sq.m. for optimal cable management and cooling efficiency.
Security and Compliance
Security is a top priority, with the center being ISO 27001 Certified for information security management. Physical security measures include 24/7 Onsite Security Staff, CCTV surveillance, Biometric Access Control, and Card Access Control. The fire suppression system is handled by Automatic Firesupression using an FM-200 gas system, a clean agent suitable for IT environments.
Connectivity and Peering
Telehouse offers excellent connectivity, linking to all ISPs in VietNam. It features a dedicated Meet-Me-Room (MMR) and supports 4 Peering networks, facilitating diverse and high-speed network access for all customers.
Space and Scalability
The data center provides 1,900 sq.m. of Fully Built-Out Whitespace, with the floor space being expandable. Customers can choose from various space options including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Cages, and Suites Footprints. Cabinets are 42 U locking cabinets supporting 19" mounting rails, offering instant growth and scalability on demand.
