This data center provides 2,000 square feet of raised floor colocation space, supported by a robust 480v 3-phase utility feed delivering 600 amps. The facility supports a fully built-out power capacity of 0.4 MW, all of which is currently live, and offers a total of 6,349 square feet of whitespace. Both full and partial cabinet options are available, along with shared rackspace and remote hands services. Standard rack configurations include 42U APC AR3100 cabinets with standard power options of either 110v/20amp or dual 110v/20amp feeds.

The facility offers essential on-net services such as IP Transit and Ethernet Transport Services. Carrier availability includes Verizon, ensuring high-speed connectivity and reliable network access.

Redundant UPS systems include an 80kVA and a 100kVA Powerware unit. The 80kVA UPS is supported by two battery cabinets containing a total of 80 batteries, while the 100kVA unit has one battery cabinet with 40 batteries. A 300kW Cummins diesel generator with a 300-gallon diesel storage tank and two Zenith Automatic Transfer Switches provides emergency power backup.

Cooling is managed by four 13-ton Data Aire HVAC units with rooftop-mounted glycol condensers to maintain optimal operating temperatures across the data floor.

Security measures include the C*CURE Card-Reader Access Control System, along with three IP cameras offering 24/7 monitoring capabilities to the Cogent NOC. One camera is located at the main entrance, and building system access badges are required for after-hours, weekend, and holiday access. Additional security features include CCTV surveillance and card access control.

The data center is equipped with an FM200 fire suppression system and a dry pipe pre-action sprinkler system. Smoke detection is provided with sensors installed both above and below the raised floor, ensuring comprehensive coverage.

WiFi connectivity is available throughout the facility. Tenants can choose from full cabinets, partial cabinets, and shared rackspace. Remote hands services are also available for technical support.
