The facility is uniquely situated 18 feet underground, providing a natural shield against extreme weather events like tornadoes. The exterior is protected by 13 inch thick reinforced concrete walls and sophisticated water control systems to prevent moisture intrusion from above and below. Beyond its industrial strength, the campus offers over 50,000 square feet of customizable disaster recovery office space. Personnel benefit from a park like setting featuring walking trails, an on site cafe, locker rooms with showers, and a top rated hotel nearby, ensuring a comfortable environment for long term deployments.

Power reliability is maintained through true dual substation electrical feeds and automatic switchgear. The facility utilizes Eaton 9395 UPS systems in a true A and B configuration with N plus 1 redundancy. In the event of a utility failure, dual 800KW CAT diesel generators take over, supported by ASCO 7000 series transfer switches that allow for concurrent maintenance. For extreme contingencies, the facility includes an exterior generator tap and access to a trailer mounted portable generator that can be deployed within one hour.

To maintain optimal hardware performance, the center employs Liebert dual cool CRAC units arranged in a 2N redundant configuration. The server racks follow a standard hot aisle cold aisle layout integrated with a hot aisle containment system to maximize cooling efficiency.

The environment is continuously audited by a suite of sensors monitoring temperature, humidity, moisture, and sound, ensuring the hardware remains within strict operational tolerances.

Security is a cornerstone of the facility, which is SOC1 Type II audited to ensure rigorous operational standards. Physical access is strictly regulated via biometric control systems at all entrances, and all visitors must be escorted by authorized personnel. The campus is under 24 by 7 surveillance by both on site security staff and roving indoor and outdoor patrols, bolstered by a comprehensive CCTV network to maintain a secure perimeter at all times.

The facility serves as a major connectivity hub, featuring a redundant 10 Gig internet backbone powered by Lumen, Cogent, and Zayo. As Tulsa’s only Megaport enabled POP, it offers massive scalability. The network architecture utilizes Juniper edge routers and Cisco carrier class core switches, supporting IPv6, OSPF, and iBGP protocols. Customers can choose from a wide array of fiber providers, including AT and T, Verizon, and Cox, with support for MPLS and Metro Ethernet connections directly to their equipment.

Protecting the physical hardware from fire without damaging sensitive electronics is achieved through an ECARO clean agent gas fire suppression system installed throughout the data center. This waterless solution ensures that equipment remains functional even during a suppression event. The facility caters to diverse hardware needs by offering full cabinets, partial cabinets, and shared rackspace footprints, all supported by Remote Hands services for off site technical management.
