The facility boasts a substantial power infrastructure with a dual-fed 50 megawatt (MW) substation located on-site, which is capable of expansion up to 100 MW. The fully built-out whitespace is 56,605 square feet (sq. ft.), providing ample room for various deployments. High power density is a core feature, supporting a maximum power per rack of 52 kW.
Cooling and Computing Systems
SH1 is specifically designed to host dense, high-performance computing systems, catering to demanding users in Enterprise Computing, High Performance Computing (HPC), and Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI). The infrastructure is highly energy efficient, featuring advanced air- and water-cooled solutions. These provisions ensure optimal, scalable support for everything from typical IT applications to the most power-intensive workloads.

Available options include Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Cages, and Secure Private Suites.
