Building Specifications and Capacity

The data center features 56,605 sq. ft. of raised floor space within a total building size of 150,000 sq. ft. The facility is a multi-tenant site that began operation in 2011 and uses a retrofitted raised-floor construction design. Whitespace is expandable, and an adjacent powered shell provides an additional 80,000 sq. ft. of white space and 30 MW of power.

Centeris SH1 offers significant power capacity, supported by a 50 MW dedicated onsite substation. Up to 24 MW is available today, with 8 MW ready for immediate occupancy. The infrastructure supports scalability with a standard configuration of 150 watts per sq. ft. of dedicated power and maximum density reaching 0.26 kW/sq. ft.

The facility is USGBC LEED Gold Certified and sources power from hydroelectric and wind energy. Its highly efficient evaporative cooling system uses 100% outside air, achieving an estimated 35% or more savings in energy and maintenance costs. The data center maintains a PUE of 1.3.

Designed to Tier 3 standards, the site delivers high reliability through N+1 redundancy across UPS systems, cooling, and standby power. Security measures include a fenced 86-acre private site, individual building fencing, mantrap entry, CCTV surveillance, biometric and card access controls, and 24/7 onsite security personnel.

The carrier-neutral facility provides diverse, redundant connectivity paths and hosts a Meet-Me-Room (MMR). It supports three peering networks and three network providers.
