With a total building size of 154,230 square feet and 100,341 square feet of raised white floor, the facility is built to support demanding enterprise workloads with 24MW of fully built-out critical IT capacity. Built with a raised floor design, the data center supports a maximum floor load of 1,500 pounds per square foot, allowing for flexible equipment deployment and high-density configurations.
Power Infrastructure
The data center features a resilient power architecture with 24MW of critical IT capacity supported by a 34.5kV incoming feed. The facility operates with a mix of 4MW block redundant UPS systems utilizing both 4-make-3 and 6-make-5 configurations. Initially designed with one utility feeder, the site can support up to three feeders in the long term. With 20 transformers on-site, plus 1.5MW for house power, standby power is provided by 45MW of generators and 1.5MW dedicated to house loads. Redundant power blocks are available in 4.5MW and 7.5MW configurations.
Cooling Capabilities
To ensure consistent performance, the facility includes a 10,000-ton air-cooled chiller plant configured in an N+2 redundancy. Data halls are cooled by 225-ton Computer Room Air Handler (CRAH) units, also in an N+2 configuration, ensuring optimal climate control and uptime.
Security and Access
The site is secured by anti-scale perimeter fencing, electronic gates, and 24x7 CCTV surveillance. Biometric and photo badge access controls are implemented throughout, complemented by card reader systems for both building and space access. Entry into the facility is managed through a secured security office staffed with guards.
Fire Protection
The facility is equipped with advanced fire suppression technologies, including a Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus (VESDA) that samples air in parts per million. This is coupled with a zonal dual-action interlocking dry-pipe pre-action system. Additionally, double interlock pre-action sprinklers are deployed in all critical areas and circulation corridors to minimize potential damage.
