Cooling Capabilities
Efficient cooling is achieved with York roof-mounted air-cooled chillers, each providing 530 tons of cooling. With 70 chillers deployed, the total cooling capacity reaches an impressive 37,100 tons, ensuring optimal temperature and humidity levels across all data halls.
Security Features
Security is a top priority, with a fully fenced perimeter and controlled access via mantrap entries, biometric authentication, and card access systems. Additional features include CCTV surveillance and 24/7 onsite security personnel to ensure continuous protection of assets and personnel.
Fire Protection Systems
The facility incorporates industry-leading fire safety technologies including VESDA smoke detection for early warning and a Pre-Action, NFPA 13 compliant fire suppression system in data halls. A wet system is used in office areas to meet diverse safety requirements.
Structural and Load Specifications
The data center features a raised floor design, with a maximum floor load of 300 lbs/sq.ft.. The first floor supports a 250 psf dead load and 2000 lbs concentrated load, while the second floor supports a 250 psf dead load and 100 psf hanging load below the floor, accommodating a wide range of heavy and suspended equipment.
