SPA01 is a premier enterprise infrastructure hub strategically positioned near downtown Spartanburg. Its location provides immediate access to major transit arteries, specifically I-26 and I-85, ensuring easy accessibility for regional and national logistics. The facility is housed in a 21,400 sq. ft. retrofitted building featuring dedicated lot parking and a professional loading bay to facilitate the seamless transport of hardware. To support visiting technicians, the site offers onsite amenities including a conference room, breakroom, office space, and essential equipment like crash carts and loaner tools.

The facility is engineered to handle high density computing requirements with a maximum power capacity of 20 kW per rack. While the site currently operates with 0.8 MW of live power, it is designed for significant scaling, boasting a fully built out capacity of 13.6 MW and an additional 12 MW of planned power. This robust electrical backbone ensures that enterprise clients can grow their footprint within the 7,000 sq. ft. of fully built out whitespace without facing immediate power constraints.

Operational excellence at SPA01 is underpinned by N+1 redundancy across both UPS and cooling systems. This configuration ensures that the Tier 2 design maintains consistent uptime even during component maintenance or failure. The facility utilizes a sophisticated raised floor system to manage airflow and cooling efficiency. The perimeter and interior are under constant CCTV surveillance, and the site is bolstered by 24 by 7 onsite security staff.
