Our state-of-the-art data centers are housed within full concrete hardened structures, engineered for maximum durability and protection. The facilities feature impressive 18' to 24' ceilings and encompass over 40,000 square feet of total space. This includes 38,000 square feet of fully built-out "whitespace," offering versatile colocation options ranging from shared rackspace and partial cabinets to full private cabinets. To support ongoing operations, dedicated "Remote Hands" services are available to provide on-site technical assistance whenever needed.

The facility utilizes a high-availability managed network built on redundant Cisco gigabit infrastructure. As a multicarrier hub, the data center provides access to five peering networks and three major network providers, offering both OC-X and Dark Fiber availability. This carrier-neutral environment ensures seamless connectivity and high-speed data transfer for all hosted assets.

Security is maintained through a multi-layered approach that includes 24/7 on-site security staff and continuous video surveillance via motion-sensing systems. Access to the data center and colocation areas is strictly regulated through keycard-controlled entry points. Furthermore, all employees undergo rigorous screening and background checks to ensure the highest standards of internal integrity and asset protection.

To guarantee 100% uptime, the power architecture is designed for seamless transitions during utility failures. Electrical loads are conditioned through robust UPS systems, which are backed by automated failover protocols to onsite diesel generators. These systems undergo active monitoring and regular testing to ensure they remain mission-ready for any emergency scenario.

The facility maintains a precision-controlled environment, keeping temperatures at a steady 70°F with 50% humidity. Cooling is managed by N+1 redundant air conditioning units and advanced air handlers that monitor and clean air quality. This N+1 redundancy ensures that environmental systems remain fully operational even during maintenance or when the facility is running on generator power.
