Redundant Power Specifications
The facility incorporates significant power redundancy to ensure continuous operation. This includes redundant UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and backup generators on-site. The exact UPS specifications are N+2 AC UPS with available outputs of 110 VAC, 208 VAC, and 208 3 phase UPS, supporting a high density of up to 250 watts per square foot. The backup generator is an N+1 2,000 kW Caterpillar generator with an 8,000-gallon diesel tank. The fully built-out power capacity is 3 MW.
Capacity, Redundancy, and Service Options
The facility offers 18,000 square feet of fully built-out Whitespace (usable data center space). Hosting options include Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, and custom Cages/Footprints. Additional services like Remote Hands and WiFi are available, and the facility features UPS Redundancy 2N and Cooling Redundancy N+1. The overall design conforms to a Tier 3 standard.
Security and Fire Suppression
The site maintains rigorous physical security and fire suppression systems. Security features include CCTV surveillance, Biometric Access Control, and Card Access Control. The fire suppression system is a Dry-pipe Pre-action Fire Suppression system, coupled with VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) for early warning.

The Ubiquity facility is recognized for its operational excellence, holding both SOC 1 Type II Certified and SSAE 16 Type 2 Certified designations. For technical support, the facility maintains Onsite Technical Staff available 24/7, and network connectivity is provided by 1 network provider.
