The facility supports a maximum power density of 0.25 kW per rack. Furthermore, the building is protected by a sophisticated pre action fire suppression system. This system utilizes a dual detection method combining ionized and photoelectric detectors interlocked with a dry pipe sprinkler system to prevent accidental water damage.

Security at the Albuquerque site is comprehensive and proactive, featuring 24 by 7 onsite security staff. Physical access is strictly regulated through a series of checkpoints, including mantrap entries, biometric access controls, and card access systems.
