These include Standard Cabinets with a power density of 3kW, High Density Cabinets rated at 5kW, and Custom Cage Cabinets providing a broad range of power from 3kW to 15kW. Customers can utilize Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, or secure Cages. A maximum power density of 20 kW per rack is supported. For on-site support, Field Tech Services Support and Hands and Eyes support are readily available.

The data center is equipped to handle both AC and DC power types. Supported power densities range from 3kW to 12kW. Both the Cooling and Generators systems are designed with high redundancy, offering configurations of N, 2N, and N+1, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability. The uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) is exceptionally high, promising 100% uptime.

A comprehensive suite of network services is provided. These include advanced Edge Computing Solutions such as Edge Bare Metal, Private Cloud, and Network Storage. The facility supports Hybrid Cloud and IT Solutions and offers robust Infrastructure Services like Waves, Dark Fiber, and Private Line. Critically, Cloud Connect services are available to major providers including AWS, Azure, Google, and more. The facility also facilitates Cross Connects and has 3 Peering networks available.

The facility is manned during business hours for staffing and support.

Fire suppression is handled by a robust Double Interlock Dry-pipe Pre-Action with dual-zoned smoke/ion detection system, ensuring an automatic and secure response to any thermal event.
