The data center has a total building size of 37,800 sq. ft. The original facility was retrofitted to meet DataChambers' stringent requirements. It has been operational since 2013 and is part of a 50,000 square-foot campus footprint. Despite being a retrofitted construction, the facility underwent a rigorous up-fit process to ensure compliance with high standards.

Power and Cooling Infrastructure

The facility is engineered for high availability, achieving a Tier 3 design. Its power infrastructure supports a fully built-out power capacity of 3 MW. Redundancy is a core design principle, with UPS redundancy rated at 2N and cooling redundancy configured at 2N+1 to ensure continuous uptime.

Technical Operations and Staffing

The facility hosts its own Network Operations Center (NOC), staffed 24/7, 365 days a year. Onsite technical staff are always available to support operations. While there is no dedicated onsite security staff, security is managed through automated systems and the technical team. Remote Hands services are also available to assist tenants with infrastructure management.

Whitespace and Colocation Options

The data center provides 7,800 sq. ft. of fully built-out whitespace for colocation. Available tenancy options include Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, and Cages. The facility operates as a sole-tenant environment, offering a dedicated operational model.
