It also maintains a perfect 100% Uptime, with Opus Interactive serving as the Preferred Retail Provider.
Power and Capacity
The facility is engineered for high performance and reliability, featuring a total power capacity of 24 MW. The UPS redundancy is distributed redundant, configurable to meet specific tenant requirements, and supports high density cabinets with a maximum power per rack of 20 kW. For backup, there is a substantial generator power capacity of 31 MW total with N+1 redundancy. The facility has been operational since 2012 and is purpose-built with expandable whitespace.
Security and Certifications
Security is paramount, featuring 24x7x365 on-site security staffing, monitored video surveillance, and a perimeter fence with a security gate requiring a proximity badge reader. Access to all secured areas of the building requires dual-factor authentication. The data center is heavily certified, meeting standards such as SSAE 18 Type II, SSAE 18 SOC 2 Type II, PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, and holds The Uptime Institute’s M&O Stamp of Approval and Tier 3 Certification (Tier Design 3). It is also ISO27001 Certified and SAS70 Type 2 Certified.

The commitment to efficiency is evidenced by its low PUE and LEED Platinum certification. The facility’s cooling system has a total capacity of 6,900 tons with an N+1 minimum redundancy. Strategically located in Oregon, the data center provides direct access to the state’s clean, inexpensive power and incorporates Green Power initiatives, reinforcing its status as an environmentally responsible operation.
Network and Connectivity
The facility operates as a Carrier-Neutral data center, featuring three Meet-Me-Rooms (MMR) and two diverse underground points of entry. There are 12 carriers on-site, providing flexible and diverse networking options along with connectivity to four peering networks. It also offers direct access to Trans-Pacific submarine cable connectivity, establishing itself as a major international data transfer hub.
