Phoenix PH1, the inaugural facility on a planned 240MW campus in Mesa, Arizona, is strategically situated on the Elliot Road Technology Corridor, providing easy access just 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. This facility is the first of seven planned data centers, laying the groundwork for a massive infrastructure hub.
Power and Capacity
The data center will feature a substantial 36 MW of critical IT load upon full build-out. It offers 126,000 sq. ft. of fully built-out whitespace. The design supports a maximum power density of 22 kW per rack, accommodating high-density computing needs.
Redundancy and Reliability
The facility is engineered for high reliability with N+1 redundancy for both the UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and Cooling systems. The UPS architecture utilizes four (4) x 2MW UPS modules for every 6MW capacity. Standby power also features N+1 redundancy. The cooling system employs a fan coil wall design with hot aisle containment to maintain optimal environmental conditions.
Security and Compliance
Security is paramount, featuring a fenced perimeter and comprehensive CCTV surveillance. For safety, an automatic fire-suppression system is in place, managed by ONYXWorks for centralized control and monitoring. The facility holds numerous certifications, including DSS PCI, ISO27001, LEED Gold, HIPAA, SOC 1 Type II, and SOC 2 Type II.

Phoenix PH1 offers a variety of space options to meet diverse IT infrastructure requirements.
