H5's Phoenix data center provides a comprehensive, carrier-neutral data center solution designed for scalable and modular IT growth. The facility offers turn-key wholesale data center space, private data center suites, private cages and cabinets, and powered shell build-outs to accommodate various customer requirements. Located in Chandler's high-tech corridor, the data center leverages SRP for reliable and affordable power, boasting up to 30 MWs and an average annual cost of less than $0.07/kWh. Larger customers may also qualify for Arizona's progressive sales & use tax abatement program for requirements of 500 KWs or greater.

The Phoenix data center is engineered for maximum uptime, featuring a 100% uptime track record and a concurrently maintainable, Tier III data center design. This is supported by an N+1 UPS distribution and an N+1 emergency generator farm drawing diverse utility feeds from SRP. For connectivity, H5 offers carrier-neutral services with access to leading metro fiber and communications providers. Key features include diverse fiber points of entry and cross connections available within two business days. The location is also a top U.S. disaster recovery site due to low natural disaster risk.

The H5 Phoenix data center undergoes regular audits and maintains key certifications. The facility is SSAE SOC 1 Type II certified (and referenced as SOC 2 Type II in summary tables), while the corporate entity maintains ISO 27001 compliance. These standards support customers' regulatory and compliance needs, including PCI requirements.

The campus spans 180,000 SF of fully built-out whitespace in a purpose-built, sole-tenant facility. Available options include private data center suites with dedicated fire suppression, full/partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and cages. Additional amenities include office, staging, storage, and conference rooms, along with a breakroom, loading bay, and ample on-site parking.

The facility features an advanced electrical and mechanical architecture with a PUE of less than 1.35, delivering up to 40% better energy efficiency than comparable data centers. The design includes a waterless mechanical system and isolated hot/cold row layout. Key operational attributes include dedicated N+1 mechanical systems, customizable temperature and humidity controls (including 100% outside air capability), and high cabinet densities exceeding 20 KWs per rack. Customers can also monitor power usage.

Security is multi-layered, starting with a 22-foot perimeter wall. Access controls include mantraps with anti-tailgating technology, biometric and keycard systems, and over 20 digital security cameras. Suites are constructed of steel and concrete and include cameras at each access point. A 24x7 on-site engineering and security staff is available, with optional 24x7 remote hands services.
