The LexisNexis Scottsdale Data Center is a top-tier, high-availability facility meticulously designed to host law firm data and systems, ensuring robust protection against business interruptions. Spanning a considerable 86,000 square feet of mission control data center space, the facility is strategically divided into four distinct and separate pods. This facility holds key certifications, being Safe Harbor and SSAE 16 certified, and SOC 1 compliant, underscoring its commitment to operational excellence and security standards.

Prioritizing maximum data security and protection, the data center is housed within a secure two-story building. Access control is paramount, featuring a mantrap entry, CCTV surveillance, and biometric access control. It provides 24/7 customer access and includes secure amenities like monitored private parking and a secure shipping and receiving dock. Onsite security is guaranteed with 24/7 onsite security staff.

Power protection and availability are critical features of the facility, which is capable of a fully built-out power capacity of 24 MW. It ensures uninterrupted service through dual diversely routed redundant incoming high-voltage main feeds. The data center utilizes 4MW of UPS conditioned dual power with backup batteries and maintains an N+1 redundancy on the UPS system. Emergency power is backed by generators supported by a substantial 27,000-gallon onsite fuel tank, ensuring reliable standby power with N+1 redundancy.

The facility employs a fully redundant cooling system to maintain optimal operating temperatures. This system includes 2,600 tons of Stulz Air Handlers and features N+1 redundancy on all cooling systems. To support its operations, the data center utilizes an onsite RODI (Reverse Osmosis Deionized) water treatment system and a 32,000-gallon onsite water storage facility.

The data center's infrastructure is built for resilience. The floor is a raised floor type capable of supporting a Max Floor Load of 1250 Lb/sq.f. For fire safety, it uses automatic fire suppression with a sophisticated dual interlocked pre-action dry pipe system that is coupled with VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Alarm) both above and below the floor, providing a high level of protection.

The LexisNexis Scottsdale Data Center offers a comprehensive range of hosted services tailored to law firms. These services include hosted litigation services, robust backup and recovery solutions, data replication, enhanced security, essential systems and application management, and comprehensive network services.

Beyond physical infrastructure, the facility maintains high operational standards. It is SOC 1 Type II Certified and SSAE 16 Type 2 Certified. Technical specifications include a Fully Built-Out Whitespace of 86,000 sq.f. and a maximum power density of 0.2 kW/sq.f. The facility offers various colocation options, including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, and Cages, supported by Remote Hands services and 24/7 onsite technical staff.
