This data center facility is built to house substantial IT infrastructure, utilizing Power9 for its fully built-out capacity. The total area dedicated to IT equipment, known as Whitespace, spans 60,000 square feet. The facility itself is a large structure, with a Total Building Size of 200,293 square feet.

The data center prioritizes high-level security to protect sensitive equipment and data. Physical security measures include a Fenced Perimeter, providing the first layer of defense. Access inside the building is strictly controlled using a multi-factor system, including Biometric Access Control and Card Access Control. Furthermore, Onsite Security Staff are present 24/7 to monitor the premises and respond to any incidents.

The facility offers a variety of flexible options to meet diverse client needs for housing their equipment. Clients can utilize dedicated spaces such as Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Cages, or larger, self-contained Suites. For smaller or more flexible needs, the center also provides Shared Rackspace. To assist clients with maintenance and management tasks, Remote Hands service is available.

The data center has been Year Operational since 2012 and features a Raised Floor type, which is standard for providing cooling and routing for power and networking cables. Clients have access to additional amenities, including a Conference Room. For connectivity, the facility boasts 2 Network providers and is a key hub with 1 Internet Exchange Points, ensuring high-speed and redundant network access.
