Stream Data Centers (Phoenix I - VI , Goodyear)

Stream's expansive data center campus is situated on 157 acres of land in Goodyear, Arizona, providing a massive facility for hyperscale and enterprise customers across the Greater Phoenix region. The initial facility, delivered in 3Q 2020, is 418,200 square feet and features 4.5 MW of critical capacity. In Phase I, the campus is slated to support a total of approximately 40.5 MW of critical load, with excellent fiber connectivity ensuring optimized network latency to all major markets.

Full Campus Build-Out and Expansion Potential

At its full build-out, the campus will support up to 2 million square feet of data center buildings and an impressive 200 MW of critical load. Furthermore, 126.80 acres of divisible land remain available, positioning this as one of the largest data center campuses in the region for build-to-suit or custom data center development. The total maximum power capacity for the fully built-out campus is stated to be 280 MW.

Power Infrastructure and Reliability

A significant component of the infrastructure is the land dedicated to an onsite substation managed by the Arizona Public Service Electric Company (APS). Over 30 acres are set aside for this substation, which will ultimately provide a power capacity of 350 MW to the site. The facility is designed for high reliability, featuring a 2N redundancy for UPS, Cooling, and Standby Power, ensuring consistent and uninterrupted operations.

Strategic Location and Business Advantages

The Goodyear, AZ location offers compelling business benefits, including attractive Arizona data center sales tax exemptions for customers. The city is recognized for its business-friendly environment and is conveniently located near local amenities and Phoenix-area airports. The campus also provides essential data center services, including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Cages, Suites Footprints, and Remote Hands, along with excellent fiber connectivity and two peering networks to deliver optimum network performance.
