The Prime Phoenix (2) data center is a 48-megawatt facility located in Avondale, Arizona. It is the second of five planned data centers on the campus. This purpose-built hyperscale facility is designed to meet the demands of modern computing. The total building size is 260,400 sq. ft., situated on a large plot of 2,896,740 sq. ft., with the building itself comprising 2 floors with a solid floor type.
The facility is fully built-out to deliver 48 MW of critical power, supporting 128,000 sq. ft. of usable whitespace for customer equipment. Its mechanical and electrical infrastructure ensures continuous operation with N+1 redundancy for the UPS, cooling, and standby power systems.
Prime Phoenix (2) emphasizes sustainability and efficiency, featuring a low Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.25. It also supports high-density cooling suitable for AI workloads and provides near-zero Water Usage Effectiveness, positioning it as an environmentally responsible option for high-power applications.
Customers can choose from flexible leasing options, ranging from partial solutions to fully dedicated environments. Available options include Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace Suites, Suites, and Build-to-Suit Footprints, enabling scalable long-term deployments.
The facility is ISO 27001 Certified and built to Tier 3 standards, ensuring high availability with multiple paths for power and cooling. Security features include a Fenced Perimeter, Mantrap Entry, CCTV surveillance, Biometric Access Control, Card Access Control, and an Automatic Firesuppression system.
Prime Phoenix (2) provides 24/7 onsite security and technical staff. Customer amenities include a Meet-Me-Room (MMR), Conference Room, Breakroom, and Office Space. Technical support resources include Remote Hands service, Crash Cart(s), Loaner Tools, WiFi, and Parking.
As a hyperscale facility, Prime Phoenix (2) is tailored for large-scale, long-term deployments. Its purpose-built construction and high-density cooling capabilities make it ideal for enterprises requiring substantial computational power, especially those focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI), with the option to lease dedicated data halls or the entire facility.
