The combined facility offers substantial power capacity, boasting a Fully Built-Out Power of 48 MW. The total building size spans 547,000 sq.ft. and features a Solid Floor construction. To ensure maximum uptime and efficiency, the facilities maintain a competitive Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.3 and feature N+1 redundancy for UPS, Cooling, and Standby Power.

Interconnection Ecosystem

The data centers provide a robust interconnection hub, featuring an extensive On-Campus Ecosystem of 260+ entities. This includes All Clouds On-Site and over 25 Network Service Providers. The site also supports 1 Internet Exchange Point and connects with 31 network providers and peering networks, all facilitated by a dedicated Meet-Me-Room (MMR).

Security and Operations

Security is paramount, with a Fenced Perimeter, continuous CCTV surveillance, and 24/7 Onsite Security Staff. The centers are designed to meet a Tier 3 design standard. While Onsite Security Staff is present 24/7, Onsite Technical Staff is not listed as present. The centers offer Remote Hands services for operational assistance.
