Established in 1989, the SSAE 16-compliant TELEHOUSE Teleport Center is a purpose-built data center designed to ensure uninterrupted operations for clients’ mission-critical IT systems. Located just a 15-minute drive from Manhattan, the facility sits in one of the most secure business zones in New York City, with easy access to major transportation routes and nearby airports.
Power and Cooling Infrastructure
The Teleport Center features a robust power configuration with four commercial power sources supported by UPS systems arranged in a (3 + 1) + (3 + 1) redundancy scheme. Backup power is further guaranteed through generators configured (3 + 1) + (1 + 1). The facility offers a maximum rack power density of 10 kW, supported by N+1 UPS, cooling, and standby power redundancy. Cooling operations are maintained 24/7 with full redundancy to ensure uninterrupted thermal management.
Security and Compliance
Security is a core focus of the Teleport facility, with layered protection including a fenced perimeter, CCTV surveillance, biometric and IC card access control, infrared ray sensors, and 24/7 on-site security guards managed by the Port Authority. Fire suppression systems include re-action sprinklers as well as halon or FM200 systems. The facility is compliant with Tier 3 standards, ISO27001 certification, and HIPAA regulations.
Facility Capacity and Technical Support
The data center has a fully built-out power capacity of 10 MW and 15,050 sq. ft. of whitespace. TELEHOUSE engineers are stationed on-site 24/7 to provide technical support and ensure ongoing operations. Amenities include a fully equipped Meet-Me-Room (MMR) and a range of customizable colocation options.

TELEHOUSE Teleport offers a wide array of colocation solutions, including full and partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, suites, and footprints. Remote hands services are also available, enabling clients to manage infrastructure without physical presence.
