DataBank’s LGA3 data center is poised to become a cornerstone of its new campus in Orangeburg, New York. As DataBank’s fifth facility in the greater New York City metro area, LGA3 reinforces the company’s position as having the largest footprint of metros and data centers in the U.S., capable of placing workloads within 50 miles of half the population.
Facility Overview
Purpose-built to meet modern enterprise and hyperscale demands, the LGA3 facility is designed with scalability in mind. The data center offers 110,000 square feet of fully built-out whitespace, with future expansion capability. Once fully operational, it will deliver up to 30 MW of critical power across five dedicated 6 MW data halls. The current built-out capacity provides 20 MW of power.
Redundant Power and Cooling Infrastructure
To ensure uninterrupted operations, LGA3 is equipped with N+1 redundancy across all critical systems. This includes uninterruptible power supply (UPS), cooling infrastructure, and standby power systems—providing robust resiliency and operational reliability.
