Power and Redundancy
The data center provides 0.5 MW of fully built-out power and 20,000 square feet of white space. Power reliability is ensured through redundant N+1 500KVA UPS systems, N+1 1MW generators with 36 hours of on-site fuel, and N+1 automatic transfer switches (ATS). Power distribution is diverse across the facility with A+B feeds per rack and Starline busways throughout.
Cooling and Fire Protection
Redundant N+1 HVAC systems maintain optimal environmental conditions across the facility. For fire protection, the site is equipped with FM200 fire suppression technology, ensuring rapid, non-destructive fire mitigation.
Connectivity
The Long Island facility is directly connected to Delimiter’s fully diverse Manhattan ring, linking major network hubs such as 60 Hudson Street and 111 8th Avenue. This ring integrates seamlessly into Delimiter's national backbone and European network via 100Gbps over AEC-1. Most major carriers are either on-net or accessible via cross-connect, and Delimiter uniquely offers these on-site cross-connects without any monthly fees.
Security and Support
Security is a top priority, with 24/7 on-site security staff and comprehensive fire suppression systems in place. The facility also offers 24x7 remote hands support and a full concierge service to assist with server and equipment migration from other New York-area data centers.
