Connectivity and Network Services
The data center supports on-net IP Transit and Ethernet Transport Services, ensuring high-speed, reliable connectivity. There are 12 peering networks and 4 network providers available, including major carriers such as Verizon and Charter. One tenant offers colocation services within the facility, enhancing the overall connectivity ecosystem.
Rack Configuration
Standard rack configurations consist of 42U APC AR3100 cabinets. Power options include one (1) 110v/20 amp or two (2) 110v/20A circuits per cabinet, providing flexibility for a variety of deployment needs.
Electrical and Power Infrastructure
The facility receives power through two 480v 3-phase utility feeds rated at 3,000 amps and 2,500 amps, respectively. Power continuity is supported by four (4) 400kVA Pillar UB R 400 UPS units configured in A&B systems, each operating in parallel with three strings of batteries totaling 120 units. Backup power is provided by a 1,500kW Caterpillar diesel generator (Model 3512) with a 6,000-gallon fuel storage tank and a fuel pump transfer system. A “tap box” is available for emergency portable generator connection. The site is equipped with ASCO and RussElectric Automatic Transfer Switches (1,000 and 2,500 amps) and four United Power PDUs.
Cooling and HVAC
Efficient temperature management is achieved using 15 Liebert 20-ton HVAC units and 2 Stulz 10-ton HVAC units, all connected to rooftop dry coolers. This system ensures consistent environmental conditions for both data center and electrical areas.
Fire Suppression
The facility employs both pre-action and dry pipe sprinkler fire suppression systems to protect equipment and personnel in case of fire emergencies.
Security
Comprehensive security measures are in place, including the C*CURE Software House Card Reader Access Control System with 11 card readers positioned at all critical entry points. Entry into data center areas requires both an HID card swipe and a unique PIN code. The facility is monitored by 13 security cameras integrated with a recording system and supported by 24/7 surveillance. Additionally, round-the-clock building security personnel are present, and visitors must sign in and present valid identification for access to the 6th floor.
