Colocation Options
The facility supports a broad spectrum of colocation services. Retail colocation provides space, power, and network access for customers deploying individual servers or smaller environments in a fully managed setting. Wholesale colocation caters to clients needing larger blocks of space and power, up to 5 megawatts, which they can customize for their own operations or for resale as retail colocation.
Facility Specifications
Operational since 2011, this retrofitted, 24-floor, multi-tenant building spans 840,000 square feet. The data center features raised flooring, roof access, and expandable whitespace, making it ideal for scaling operations. The facility supports a maximum power density of 12 kW per rack, with a power usage effectiveness (PUE) of 1.43.
Power and Cooling Infrastructure
The infrastructure is designed for resilience and high availability, featuring N+1 redundancy across UPS systems, cooling systems, and standby power. Of the 15 MW total capacity, 6 MW is currently live with an additional 2 MW planned for future deployment.
Security and Compliance
Security is a top priority at 60 Hudson Street. The site is equipped with 24/7 CCTV surveillance, card access control, and a dry pipe preaction fire suppression system. Onsite security personnel are present around the clock, and technical staff are available during business hours.
Available Services
Clients have access to a wide range of services, including full and partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, suites, and individual footprints. Remote hands services are also available to assist with hardware maintenance and other operational needs.
