Located at 1 Ramland Road in Orangeburg, New York, this purpose-built data center spans 232,000 square feet and occupies 23 acres of land. Ideally positioned just 0.2 miles from the New Jersey border and only 22 miles from Midtown Manhattan, it offers seamless connectivity to Manhattan, Connecticut, and major facilities across New Jersey. Its close proximity to key regional highways ensures excellent accessibility for businesses in the tri-state area.

Operational since 2017, the facility features a fully built-out power capacity of 12 MW and a total of 100,000 square feet of whitespace, with potential for future expansion. It is designed to support high-density workloads with up to 10 kW per rack and a maximum power allocation of 1 kW per square foot. The building's robust infrastructure includes N+2 UPS redundancy, N+1 cooling redundancy, and N+1 standby power redundancy, ensuring optimal uptime and performance.

The Orangeburg data center is equipped with a comprehensive suite of physical security measures. These include a fenced perimeter, mantrap entry points, 24/7 onsite security personnel, and multi-layered access control systems featuring biometric and card-based authentication. Additional safeguards include continuous CCTV surveillance and an automatic fire suppression system.

For client convenience, the facility provides dedicated office space and a variety of colocation options including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and full footprints. Remote hands services are also available to support client operations and maintenance tasks.

The data center currently supports one peering network and hosts one tenant offering colocation services. Additionally, it is associated with two child-data center listings, further expanding its reach and capacity within the region.
