The 60 Hudson Street data center is equipped with 2.5 MW of fully built-out power and features 38,400 square feet of fully built-out whitespace. The building itself is a massive 1.8 million square feet and includes 24 floors. Originally operational in 1930, it has since been retrofitted for modern data center use and supports multi-tenant, mixed-use occupancy. The facility has a maximum floor load of 125 lbs per square foot, with roof access available.
Engineered for reliability, the data center offers a maximum power density of 0.150 kW per square foot. UPS systems are configured with N+1 and 2N redundancy, while cooling systems also follow an N+1 redundancy model with in-room cooling. Standby power infrastructure provides an N+1 configuration, delivering a total capacity of 6,000 kW to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Security is a top priority at 60 Hudson Street, featuring 24/7 CCTV surveillance, biometric access control, card access systems, and onsite security personnel. The facility also maintains 24/7 onsite technical staff to provide support and ensure smooth operations around the clock.
