Located in a convenient metro area with easy access to downtown Milwaukee and I 94, Data Holdings operates a Tier III Enhanced purpose built data center. The facility spans two stories and 46000 square feet within a hardened building designed to withstand environmental threats. As a LEED Gold Certified site, the center emphasizes sustainability alongside its primary mission of providing high availability infrastructure for Wisconsin and the broader Midwest region.

The facility is engineered for extreme reliability, boasting 10 MW of 2N utility capacity supported by a third power source in the form of generator backups. All electrical systems utilize a 2N redundancy model, ensuring that power remains constant even during component failure. Despite this robust power profile, the center maintains an aggressive Power Usage Effectiveness of 1.28, offering a low cost per kWh and a maximum power density of 0.3 kW per square foot.

To complement its electrical resilience, the facility employs N+1 redundancy on all non electrical systems, including cooling and environmental controls. This Tier III design ensures that maintenance can be performed without disrupting the operation of the 25000 square feet of fully built out whitespace. These redundant mechanical systems are critical for maintaining the specific environmental conditions required for high density computing and primary data center operations.

Data Holdings offers a highly flexible environment for tenants, ranging from shared rackspace and partial cabinets to private data center suites starting at 1000 square feet. The facility supports diverse configurations, including full cabinets, cages, and custom footprints. Because the whitespace is expandable, the center can grow alongside its clients, whether they are using the site as a primary production hub or a dedicated Disaster Recovery location.

Connectivity is a cornerstone of the facility, featuring a carrier neutral environment with native access to regional and national Tier 1 carriers and cable MSOs. The building utilizes redundant entrance points and dedicated Meet Me Rooms to eliminate single points of failure. Furthermore, the partner neutral philosophy allows clients to work with their preferred Managed Service partners, ensuring a customized networking and support ecosystem.

Security at the Milwaukee facility is best in class, featuring a fenced perimeter and 24/7/365 onsite security personnel. The building operations are governed by rigorous standards, including SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and DSS PCI compliance. These certifications, combined with the hardened physical structure, provide a secure environment for sensitive financial, healthcare, and corporate data.
