Since then, it has operated under the Equinix banner as MI1. The building operates as a sole-tenant facility and comprises six floors with mixed floor types. Roof access is available as part of the infrastructure, supporting antenna and communication deployments when needed.

Spanning six stories and covering a massive 750,000 square feet, MI1 is one of the largest data centers globally. The facility features 255,512 square feet of fully built-out whitespace and is designed to Tier III standards. Engineered for extreme durability, the building is capable of withstanding Category 5 hurricane winds and is located outside of the FEMA 500-year flood zone. Data center floors are elevated 32 feet above sea level, and the structure is constructed with seven-inch-thick steel-reinforced concrete exterior panels to ensure maximum resilience.
