The colocation centers serve as a gateway to Crown Castle’s metro and long-haul optical networks. Customers can access a suite of fully managed, high-capacity, and scalable services, including Ethernet, Wavelength, and dedicated Internet solutions. These services are designed to grow with the customer's needs, ensuring that bandwidth and performance remain consistent even as data demands increase.

A key feature of these facilities is the emphasis on redundancy and uptime. With dual entrances into the buildings, Crown Castle supports physical diversity for both network services and entrance facilities. Furthermore, because these are carrier-neutral facilities, customers have the flexibility to connect with a wide range of diverse providers, preventing vendor lock-in and enhancing overall network resilience.

The physical infrastructure is built to support high-density requirements, featuring 50,000 square feet of fully built-out whitespace and 4 MW of power capacity. Operational since 1999, these sites have a long-standing history of stability. The facilities are designed for flexibility, offering a variety of configurations including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and secure cages to accommodate different hardware footprints.

Beyond physical space, Crown Castle provides essential technical support through Remote Hands services, allowing for onsite assistance without the client needing to be physically present. The network environment is further enriched by the presence of two peering networks, which helps optimize traffic flow and reduce latency for interconnected partners and service providers.
