The Laconia Data Center is a 24/7/365 operational facility designed for high performance equipment housing. The center features an anti static raised floor environment that optimizes airflow and protects sensitive hardware from static discharge. Customers can choose from a variety of space configurations, including half cabinets, full cabinets, shared rackspace, and custom cages to suit specific scaling needs. Standard rack dimensions accommodate equipment up to 1.75" H x 19" Rack Mount x 36" Deep, though these may vary slightly depending on the specific site layout.

Reliability is anchored by a robust power architecture designed to prevent downtime. The facility provides multiple electrical options ranging from 110v AC to 208v AC, including three phase power, with a maximum capacity of 5 kW per rack. To ensure continuous operation, the center utilizes fully redundant power feeds from diverse Power Distribution Units. The backup systems are equally rigorous, featuring N plus 1 UPS redundancy and N plus 1 standby generator backup, ensuring that the facility remains powered even during utility grid failures.

Security is managed through a multi layered strategy that combines physical barriers with digital monitoring. Access to the facility requires two stage authentication, including card access control, to ensure only authorized personnel enter the data halls. The premises are under continuous 24 hour network and facility surveillance, supported by CCTV monitoring. Furthermore, all equipment is housed in secure, lockable cabinets, and the facility undergoes constant off site monitoring to provide an immediate response to any security alerts.

The data center maintains a precise climate through an environmental control system with N plus 1 cooling redundancy. This is complemented by an advanced leak and water detection system to mitigate the risks of liquid damage. For fire safety, the facility is equipped with a Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus for rapid detection. If a fire is detected, the Siemens Sinorix 227 waterless non residue fire suppression system is deployed, protecting hardware from both fire and the collateral damage typically caused by water based sprinklers.

Beyond the technical specifications, the Laconia Data Center offers several logistical advantages and Remote Hands support for off site troubleshooting. The facility includes a loading bay, loading docks, and a freight elevator to simplify the transport of heavy hardware. For technicians on site, there is an equipment staging area, a customer lounge with dedicated workstations, and building wide WiFi. These amenities ensure that personnel can work comfortably and efficiently while managing their infrastructure.
