Its specific elevation and distance from the coast strategically place it outside of known flood and tsunami zones. As the only purpose built commercial data center on the island of Oahu, it offers a level of structural integrity and disaster resilience that is unique to the region’s infrastructure.

This facility stands as one of the few multi tenant, carrier neutral data centers in the world equipped with a comprehensive triple threat of connectivity, subsea fiber, terrestrial fiber, and satellite backup. By offering carrier neutral access to both global and local fiber providers, it ensures clients are never locked into a single vendor. Furthermore, its specialized satellite capabilities allow for connections to over forty different satellites, providing a robust failover mechanism for mission critical data.

The data center is designed to support high density computing needs with a fully built out power capacity of six megawatts. To ensure continuous operation during utility outages, the facility utilizes a UPS redundancy system configured to N plus one standards. This infrastructure is housed within a ten thousand two hundred square foot building, optimized to deliver consistent and reliable power to all hosted equipment.

To accommodate a wide variety of business scales and technical requirements, the facility offers diverse housing options. Clients can choose from full cabinets, partial cabinets, or shared rackspace for smaller deployments. For larger or more specialized requirements, custom footprints are available. These options are supported by Remote Hands services, allowing off site engineers to manage hardware through onsite technical staff.

Security is managed through a rigorous, multi tiered approach to prevent unauthorized access. The perimeter is fully fenced and monitored around the clock by onsite security personnel. Entry into the white space is controlled via a mantrap and requires multi factor authentication, including biometric access controls and card readers. The entire premises is under constant CCTV surveillance to maintain a complete audit trail of all activity.

Protecting physical hardware from fire damage is a top priority, managed by a sophisticated pre action system. This setup utilizes multi zone, double interlock monitoring to prevent accidental discharge. In the event of a fire, the facility employs FM 200 clean agent suppression, which is designed to extinguish fires quickly without leaving residue or damaging sensitive electronic components.
