NOCIX Data Center

This facility, formerly known as Datashack, began construction in 2020. It's a data center and office complex that offers high-availability, secure, and well-connected infrastructure. With a total of 175,000 square feet of data center space and an additional 10,000 square feet of office space, it caters to a wide range of enterprise needs.

The data center provides a fully built-out whitespace of 175,000 square feet, with a maximum floor load of 150 lbs per square foot and a floor-to-ceiling height of 25 inches. Customers have flexible options for space, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rack space, and private cages. The facility also includes a loading bay, secure indoor parking, a breakroom, and a conference room.

The facility has a fully built-out power capacity of 13 MW. The UPS redundancy is 2N, with each room backed up to 110% of capacity. Standby power is also 2N redundant, provided by seven backup generators totaling 13 MW. The cooling system is N+1 redundant and is air-cooled, which eliminates reliance on a central water plant.

Security is a top priority, with features including 24/7 onsite security staff, CCTV surveillance, and biometric access control.

The data center offers excellent connectivity through a central Meet-Me-Room (MMR). Customers get complimentary fiber cross-connections to KCIX and can access a range of 156 peering networks. The facility is a point of presence for 3 Internet Exchange Points.

The facility is a Tier 3 and Tier 4 certified data center, providing the highest levels of uptime and availability. Each tier is available in different sections of the facility, allowing customers to choose the level of redundancy and service that best fits their needs.
