KCM1 is a premier, purpose-built Enterprise Data Centre designed to serve as a cornerstone of digital infrastructure. As a strategic asset within the DigiCo REIT’s Aggregate Portfolio, it was developed to facilitate massive consolidation efforts, successfully integrating operations from five legacy data centres into this facility and its sister site, DAL1. This investment-grade property is characterized by its long-term leases and a total building footprint of approximately 192,550 square feet (18,000 square metres).

The facility is engineered for high-density requirements, currently offering 7.5 MW of live IT power with a robust roadmap to reach a fully built-out capacity of 13.5 MW. To support these energy needs, the data centre provides 6,582 square metres (approximately 70,848 square feet) of dedicated white space. This infrastructure allows for a variety of deployment configurations, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, and bespoke build-to-suit solutions tailored to specific client demands.

Operating since 2016, KCM1 is built to Tier III+ standards, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability for mission-critical operations. The infrastructure features comprehensive power redundancy and advanced cooling systems designed to maintain optimal environmental conditions. This resilient architecture is specifically intended to support the rigorous 24/7 demands of enterprise, government, and hyperscale customers, ensuring that vital data remains accessible and secure at all times.

The data centre is managed by highly skilled, 24/7 on-site expert teams consisting of engineers and operations specialists. In addition to technical maintenance, the site offers Remote Hands services, providing customers with immediate, professional assistance for physical hardware tasks without the need for their own staff to be present.
