This state of the art facility is a Tier 3 design multi tenant data center featuring a precast concrete shell and a reinforced concrete slab. The initial Phase 1 build out includes a 9,000 sq. ft. data hall complemented by 3,600 sq. ft. of professional office space, including conference rooms, staging areas, and workstations. Designed with future growth in mind, the site is purpose built to be expandable up to a total of 36,000 sq. ft. of high performance whitespace.

The facility is engineered for maximum uptime with a fully built out power capacity of 1.5 MW. It utilizes dual transformers and N plus 1 UPS systems to ensure continuous operation, delivering dual UPS feeds to every cabinet. In the event of a utility failure, N plus 1 generator backups are supported by 24x7 onsite fuel storage, providing a robust power safety net that meets the rigorous demands of modern enterprise workloads.

To maintain optimal hardware performance, the data center employs high efficiency Direct Expansion DX cooling units in an N plus 1 redundant configuration. The cooling strategy centers on hot aisle containment, which isolates warm exhaust air to improve efficiency and support high density equipment options. This precise environmental management ensures that 48U lockable cabinets remain within strict thermal tolerances regardless of the processing load.

Security is a cornerstone of the facility, which is built to Controlled Unclassified Information CUI standards. The site features layered security protocols beginning at the fenced perimeter and vehicle gates, extending through a 24x7x365 manned security desk, and ending at the individual cabinet level. Comprehensive CCTV surveillance monitors the perimeter, ingress and egress points, office areas, and data halls, while secure customer lockers provide additional protection for sensitive assets.

Connectivity is powered by Ciena based Layer 1 and Layer 2 optical transport, offering 100Gbps fiber links to all DC BLOX data centers. The facility is carrier neutral and features redundant network distribution rooms and Meet Me Rooms MMR. It provides mesh protected connectivity to major internet exchanges, including ATL1 in Atlanta and NashIX in Nashville, alongside private network pathways to major public cloud providers.

Designed to accommodate diverse business needs, the facility offers a wide range of colocation footprints. Clients can choose from full or partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and private cages or suites. For organizations with highly specific requirements, build to suit options are available, allowing for customized configurations within the expandable whitespace to match unique technical or regulatory specifications.

Beyond the physical infrastructure, the data center provides Remote Hands support to assist with onsite technical tasks. The facility is equipped with peering networks to enhance data transfer efficiency and offers professional amenities such as dedicated office spaces and conference rooms for visiting staff.
