Furthermore, customer amenities include seventeen (17) Customer lounges/Conference rooms, one dedicated media room, and two quiet rooms. Environmental and Cooling Systems

Maintaining optimal operating temperatures is critical, and the facility's redundant environmental controls are robust. The cooling is managed by two (2) large systems supplying 2,900 tons of conditioned air. Precision cooling is provided by a large fleet of CRAC units, including twenty-seven (27) Liebert 30-ton, seventy-five (75) Liebert 28-ton, and thirty (30) Liebert 20-ton units. An ALC monitoring system oversees the environment, with on-site HVAC support 24/7.

Fire Suppression and Security Protocols

The data center employs a comprehensive multi-layered fire suppression system featuring thermal sprinkler heads and smoke detectors. The protection includes eight (8) Pre-action sprinkler systems, five (5) wet sprinkler systems, and two (2) dry sprinkler systems. Security is enforced 24/7 by Onsite Security Staff, along with technology like CCTV surveillance, Biometric Access Control, and Card Access Control.
