This data center, strategically located in Carlstadt, NJ, approximately ten miles west of Manhattan, is a large, carrier-neutral facility designed for high resilience and robust connectivity.

The structure spans a total building size of 187,600 square feet and encompasses eight distinct data halls. The core operational area features over 120,000 square feet of raised floor (fully built-out whitespace). The facility supports various client footprints, including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, and suites.

The data center is built for substantial power capacity, with a fully built-out power capacity of 18 MW. Critical power is maintained by a highly resilient system. Standby power is ensured by a fleet of four 2MW and six 2.5MW generators, providing up to 40 hours of runtime at full load. The power infrastructure operates with UPS redundancy of 2N and standby power redundancy of N+1.

The facility utilizes a raised floor design for optimized cooling distribution. Environmental reliability is maintained through an integrated building monitoring system. Cooling is supported by an N+1 cooling redundancy configuration.

As a carrier-neutral facility, it offers diverse connectivity options with multiple fiber entry points terminating into three separate telco rooms/cages. The data center functions as a connectivity hub, supporting one Internet Exchange Point, two peering networks, and access to two network providers.

Security is multilayered and includes mantrap entry, CCTV surveillance, biometric access control, and card access control. Fire safety is addressed through an automatic fire suppression system with advanced HSSD (High-Sensitivity Smoke Detection). The facility uses FM200 fire suppressant agent and a Fenwal protection system in raised floor spaces. Additional features include a loading bay and remote hands services.
