The data center boasts a robust and resilient power infrastructure. It has a Fully Built-Out Power capacity of 1 MW serving a Fully Built-Out Whitespace of 10,000 sq. ft. The maximum power density available is 5 kW per rack or a high-density 10 kW per square foot for specific areas. The Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system, described as Liebert, operates with an impressive N+2 redundancy level, ensuring continuous operation even during multiple component failures.

To maintain optimal operational conditions, the facility uses a Liebert cooling system with an equivalent N+2 redundancy rating, which is essential for protecting IT equipment from overheating. The building's resilience is further secured by its standby power, provided by a 2MW Generac system, also designed with N+2 redundancy, guaranteeing power continuity during utility outages.

The facility's design adheres to rigorous industry standards, specifically following a Tier 3 Design and holding Tier 3 Certification. This classification signifies a high level of redundancy and maintainability. The structure itself is a Purpose built Construction Type that has been operational since 1975, suggesting a proven track record. It is a Multitenant facility with Whitespace expandable capacity, indicating room for future growth.

Physical security features include a Fenced Perimeter, a Mantrap Entry system, extensive CCTV surveillance, and both Biometric Access Control and Card Access Control. An Automatic Firesuppression system is in place. Crucially, the facility maintains Onsite Security Staff 24/7 and Onsite Technical Staff 24/7 to address any issues immediately.
