Power and Capacity Specifications

The data center is well-equipped in terms of power and physical capacity. Its fully built-out power capacity stands at 4 MW, with 2 MW of live power currently available. The facility provides 20,000 sq. ft. of fully built out whitespace for customer equipment, all contained within a total building size of 18,000 sq. ft. Notably, the whitespace is expandable to support future growth.

Security and Operational Infrastructure

Security and resilience are paramount, with the data center designed to meet high-reliability standards under a Tier IV design. Security measures include CCTV surveillance, biometric access control, and card access control. Continuous operational support is ensured through onsite security staff and onsite technical staff, both available 24/7. The facility’s UPS redundancy is configured as N+1, reducing the risk of power disruption.

Colocation Options

Customers can choose from a wide range of colocation options to suit deployments of varying scale and complexity. Available offerings include full cabinets, partial cabinets, and shared rackspace for smaller environments, as well as larger private options such as cages and suites. The New Jersey data center became operational in 2016 and was developed using a retrofitted construction type. It is currently configured as a sole-tenant facility. Key structural features include roof access to support equipment installation and maintenance requirements.
