Connectivity is at the heart of the Greenville facility, featuring a 100G plus optical network powered by Ciena technology. The center offers a private, software defined network that allows for rapid provisioning of services, ensuring that businesses can scale their bandwidth as needed. With a commitment to a 100 percent SLA for its optical connectivity, DC BLOX provides a high reliability environment for mission critical data transmission.

As a carrier neutral facility, the Greenville data center provides customers with virtual cross connects to a wide array of major providers, including AT and T, Comcast, Charter Spectrum, Cogent, Zayo, and CenturyLink. Furthermore, it offers low latency access to major Internet Exchanges and private, secure on ramps to public cloud providers. This ecosystem allows tenants to build hybrid cloud environments with direct, high speed access to the global internet backbone.

Constructed in 2021, this purpose built, multi tenant facility spans 54,000 square feet of total space. It is designed for modularity, offering expandable whitespace to accommodate growth. The site includes a dedicated Meet Me Room for streamlined interconnection, as well as on site conference rooms to support client operations and administrative needs.

Engineered to Tier 3 standards, the data center is built for high availability and resilient performance. It features a fully built out power capacity of 3 MW, supported by N plus 1 redundancy across all critical systems, including Uninterruptible Power Supply units, cooling infrastructure, and standby power generators. This ensures that the environment remains stable and operational even during external utility failures or equipment maintenance.

Security is managed through a multi layered approach that includes a fenced perimeter, continuous CCTV surveillance, and 24 7 on site security personnel.
