It operates as a concurrently maintainable data center, which means all components can be serviced or replaced without causing downtime, ensuring continuous operation for critical business functions regardless of maintenance schedules.

The facility encompasses a total building size of 7192 square feet, with 5000 square feet specifically dedicated to white space or conditioned colocation area. This space is highly versatile, offering enterprise grade solutions including full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and private cages. This variety allows businesses to choose between private or shared environments based on their specific infrastructure requirements and mission critical needs.

To maintain 100 percent uptime, Ark Data Centers utilizes a sophisticated power and environmental control system. The facility features N plus 1 UPS redundancy and N plus 1 standby power redundancy, ensuring that a backup is always ready if a primary component fails. These electrical systems are paired with advanced HVAC controls and the SecurePower colocation model, which embeds high density power and cooling directly into the infrastructure to support demanding hardware.

Security is a core pillar of the Green Bay campus, featuring a multilayered defense strategy. Physical access is tightly controlled through biometric access points, mantrap entries, and 24 slash 7 CCTV surveillance.
