The facility currently features a 128,566 square foot building with 8.5 MW of fully built-out power and white space. A major expansion is underway, which will add a new 180,000 square foot, three-story building. This development is engineered for a massive 32.1 MW total power capacity and will deliver 133,200 square feet of additional white floor space, providing ample room for high-density deployments.

T5 Silicon Valley is designed with enterprise-grade resilience in mind. The facility’s power systems feature N+1 UPS redundancy, ensuring continuous operation even during maintenance or component failure. Cooling and standby power systems also follow the N+1 redundancy standard, supporting consistent performance in mission-critical environments.
