Founded in 2001, Indiana Data Center (INDDC) is a leading provider of business class communications and advanced data services in Fort Wayne and throughout Northeast Indiana. The company operates a world class data center facility designed to deliver a comprehensive range of connectivity and information based services, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and maximum uptime for hosted infrastructure.

The INDDC data center is built for resilience and protection, housed within a disaster resistant concrete structure featuring 6½ inch exterior walls. Critical areas such as the Network Operations Center and server rooms are further reinforced as internal bunkers with 8 inch concrete walls. Security is enhanced through continuous 24 by 7 CCTV surveillance, providing robust protection for customer assets.

To maintain uninterrupted operations, the facility is powered by a conditioned 480V three phase primary electrical grid. In the event of a power disruption, systems automatically transition to parallel UPS configurations, supported by standby diesel generators capable of sustaining long duration outages. Environmental stability is ensured through raised flooring, cooling redundancy, and strict adherence to ASHRAE temperature and humidity standards to support hardware longevity.

INDDC operates a highly resilient, multi homed internet backbone with full BGP routing. Connectivity is delivered through tier one providers including AT and T, U.S. Signal, Level 3, and Global Crossing. In addition, the company’s proprietary fiber network enables high capacity point to point connectivity between the data center and customer locations.

The facility offers flexible colocation options designed to support a wide range of business requirements. Available configurations include full and partial cabinets, shared rackspace, private cages, individual suites, and custom built footprints. On site support is available through Remote Hands services, and solutions are architected to assist organizations in meeting HIPAA and SOX compliance requirements through secure offsite storage, data resiliency, and worksite recovery services.

Complementing its technical infrastructure, INDDC also operates the 620 West Conference Center. This professional venue supports video conferencing, seminars, and training sessions, offering a quiet purpose built alternative to hotels and large convention centers while maintaining a competitive cost structure.
