Located at the strategic intersection of the I 69 and I 75 corridor, this facility was originally engineered by EDS as the primary disaster recovery site for General Motors. It now serves as a premier enterprise grade hub for secure cloud hosting, colocation, and offsite backup. Its geographic positioning provides essential separation from Metro Detroit, Ann Arbor, and Indianapolis, making it an ideal anchor for production and data protection strategies.

The facility boasts a high availability network powered by dual Cisco equipment and a redundant Gigabit backbone that offers capacity on demand. Connectivity is reinforced by multiple ISPs entering via diverse fiber feeds. For seamless data replication, a private Gigabit connection links directly to the Ann Arbor data center 53 miles away. The power infrastructure is equally robust, featuring dual utility feeds, dual synchronized 1,300 KVA Detroit Diesel generators, and a pooled UPS system delivering 1,600 KVA of conditioned, diverse path power to the server floor.

To ensure the highest levels of data integrity and regulatory adherence, the data center undergoes continuous independent auditing by UHY LLP. The facility is fully compliant with SOX including SAS 70, SSAE 16 SOC 1, and SOC 2, HIPAA OCR Audit Protocol, PCI DSS, and Safe Harbor standards. These certifications guarantee that the environment meets the rigorous demands of healthcare, finance, and retail enterprise sectors.

The 32,500 square foot building is anchored by 22,500 square feet of 24" raised floor whitespace. Unique to this site is 10,000 square feet of furnished, power protected workplace recovery space, allowing client personnel to maintain operations during a disaster. The environment is climate controlled by 400 tons of cooling capacity, ensuring optimal hardware performance through consistent temperature and humidity management.

This site offers a wide variety of deployment options to suit different scales of operation. Clients can utilize full or partial cabinets, shared rack space, or secure private cages. For larger enterprise needs, custom suites and specific footprints are available. The raised floor design allows for efficient cable management and airflow, supporting the flexible configurations required for modern hardware stacks.

Engineered for maximum uptime, the facility utilizes an N+1 redundancy model across all critical systems, including cooling, standby power, and core network security. This design philosophy ensures that the failure of any single component does not interrupt service. Onsite technical staff are available 24 by 7 to provide Remote Hands assistance, ensuring that expert support is always physically present to manage hardware and infrastructure needs.

Security is managed through a multi layered defense strategy including 24 by 7 digital video surveillance and restricted floor access via two factor authentication using card and biometric controls. Life safety is prioritized through a dry pipe fire suppression system integrated with advanced laser particle counting technology for early detection. These physical measures, combined with round the clock technical support, provide a highly secure environment for mission critical data.
