Operational since 2020, this multi tenant facility features over 1,200 square feet of fully built-out, non-raised floor "whitespace." The retrofitted construction is designed for flexibility, offering full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, and secure cages. The standard setup utilizes 42U APC AR3100 cabinets, and the facility allows for future whitespace expansion as well as roof access for specialized equipment.

The facility serves as a robust communications hub with a dedicated Meet Me Room (MMR) and two primary network providers on-site. On-Net products include IP Transit and Ethernet Transport Services. Tenants can leverage a diverse ecosystem of carriers, including Fitchburg Fiber, Crown Castle, Cogent, Windstream, Verizon, and Comcast, ensuring high-speed redundancy and global reach.

To support intensive computing loads, the site is equipped with a 480v 3 phase utility feed (600 amps). Power reliability is maintained via a 160kVA Powerware 9390 Series UPS with a 40 cell battery string and an MGE 150kVA PDU. In the event of a utility failure, a 500kW Cummins Diesel Generator with a 600-gallon fuel tank and an Onan Automatic Transfer Switch provides long-term emergency power. Standard cabinet power is typically configured at 110v/20 amp or dual 110v/20 amp feeds.

Consistent climate conditions are maintained by two 20-ton Liebert HVAC units equipped with rooftop condensers. These industrial-grade systems are designed to manage the thermal output of high density rack configurations, ensuring that hardware operates within optimal temperature and humidity ranges to prevent downtime or equipment degradation.

Security is managed through a multi layered approach. Physical entry requires a card reader/access badge, followed by a cipher locked vestibule for secondary authentication. The facility is monitored 24/7 by six IP cameras linked directly to the Fitchburg Fiber Network Operations Center (NOC). While onsite security staff are available during business hours, the facility remains under constant electronic surveillance.

The facility is protected by a sophisticated Fike Control System featuring heat detectors and smoke heads. The fire mitigation strategy employs a pre-action sprinkler system, which minimizes the risk of accidental water damage to sensitive electronics. For ongoing maintenance, "Remote Hands" services are available to assist tenants with hardware tasks, troubleshooting, and deployments without requiring them to be physically present.
