The H5 Data Centers' Denver Campus is a significant, purpose-built data facility, originally constructed by United Airlines and later owned by Galileo (by Travelport). This expansive 14-acre site supports two large data center buildings offering over 120,000 square feet of raised floor space, making it a unique and large-scale asset in the Denver market. Its robust infrastructure is designed to provide customers with move-in ready space and supports flexible colocation or build-to-suit options for companies with specific compliance or industry needs, serving many Fortune 500 Companies.

Exceptional physical security is a defining feature of the H5 Denver campus. Protecting the site is a comprehensive security apparatus, including motion-sensitive fences, multiple layers of access checkpoints, biometric access control, card access control, and CCTV surveillance. Security is actively monitored 24/7 by on-site security staff, ensuring that only authorized personnel can enter restricted areas and protecting valuable customer assets.

The power infrastructure is highly reliable, featuring dual substation feeds and significant redundancy. The facility has 17.5 megawatts of gross generator capacity and a fully built-out power capacity of 17.5 MW. Redundancy is maintained at levels from N+1 to 2N, with UPS redundancy specified as 2N and standby power redundancy as N+1. This robust design has resulted in a track record of 10 years of zero downtime, supporting power density up to 150 W/sf.

Support for the data center environment is maintained with high levels of redundancy, with cooling redundancy specified as N+1. The campus includes large conditioned PODs (Points of Distribution) to house equipment. A highly qualified on-site staff, including licensed electricians, air-conditioning engineers, and diesel maintenance engineers, provides essential facility support and Remote Hands assistance. On-site technical staff is available 24/7.

Connectivity is a core strength, supported by numerous carriers through dual, redundant campus entrances and multiple diverse fiber points of entry. Both data center buildings feature independent carrier rooms with interconnected distribution frames linked by high-capacity tie cables. This enables virtualized carrier and inter-building cross connections. The facility houses a Meet-Me-Room (MMR) and supports 1 Internet Exchange Point, 16 peering networks, and 1 network provider.

The H5 Denver Data Center is built to a Tier 3 Design standard, ensuring high reliability and maintenance capabilities. It holds key compliance credentials, including PCI-DSS compliance, ISO 27001 certification, and SOC 2 Type I certification, affirming its ability to handle sensitive and regulated data.

The facility includes 300,000 square feet of fully built-out whitespace. The tenancy model is multi-tenant (mixed use), offering flexibility through full cabinets, partial cabinets, shared rackspace, cages, and private suites. The facility is purpose-built, with expandable whitespace and options for new ground-lease or build-to-suit development. Additional amenities include an antrap entry, loading bay, on-site parking, and secure customer move-in support.

The campus also provides office space to support disaster recovery and continuity of operations.
