The OneNeck IT Solutions data center, located in the Denver metro area near the Denver Tech Center, is a purpose-built facility designed for rapid expansion using a phased-build architecture. The facility became operational in 2015 and currently offers a total building size of 35,000 square feet. Once all construction phases are completed, the building will span 160,000 square feet.
The facility is engineered to support significant IT loads. The fully built-out power capacity is specified at 1.6 MW. In terms of dedicated space for IT equipment, the fully built-out whitespace will total 8,400 square feet. This capacity is delivered with robust power infrastructure, featuring 2N UPS redundancy to ensure continuous operation.
This OneNeck data center holds a Tier 3 design designation, which is further characterized as a Tier 3+ facility offering no downtime. It is structured to provide a variety of space options, including Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, Shared Rackspace, Cages, and Suites. Available services include colocation, customizable data and cloud storage options, and Remote Hands support.
A key feature of this facility is the availability of ReliaCloud®, OneNeck's accessible and secure enterprise-class IT infrastructure. This cloud management solution allows customers to locally leverage best-of-breed technologies while meeting stringent requirements for security, compliance, and availability within their IT environments.
The facility's design emphasizes maximum efficiency and a reduced Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE). Its advanced cooling system is specifically designed to utilize the local climate, taking advantage of free cooling and humidification provided by Colorado's environment. The cooling infrastructure is built with an N+1 redundancy to maintain optimal operating temperatures.
Security is a paramount concern, with the facility adhering to high standards. It is SOC 1 Type II Certified and SSAE 18 Audited. Physical security measures are comprehensive, including CCTV surveillance, Biometric Access Control, and Card Access Control. An onsite security staff is present 24/7. Fire suppression is managed by an automatic fire-suppression system utilizing FE25 clean agent (ECARO-25).
The facility is a purpose-built construction with a sole-tenant tenancy type, though options like shared rackspace are available. It features expandable whitespace for future growth. For connectivity, the data center provides access to 2 peering networks. The design, construction, and operational excellence aim to keep clients ahead of the curve with best-of-breed technologies.
