The core offering includes IP Transit services. The data center houses 42U Cabinets (Type: APC AR3100), providing standard, high-density server rack space for customer equipment. The facility is designed to support modern, demanding network and computing needs.

The facility is supplied by robust power feeds: a 480v 3-phase utility feed with a capacity of 400 amps, and a separate 480v 3-phase utility feed rated at 800 amps. Power distribution within the data center is managed by (1) APC 60kW Power Distribution Unit (PDU), ensuring stable and conditioned power delivery to the cabinet space.

The entire data center complex comprises 6,385 square feet divided into two distinct rooms. DC1 is a 3,060 square feet non-raised floor data center. DC2 is a 3,325 square feet raised floor data center space, providing flexibility for different equipment and cabling requirements.

Cooling for the critical spaces is maintained by several dedicated HVAC systems. The data center rooms are cooled by (4) 20-ton Liebert HVAC units with rooftop condenser units. The supporting electrical room is cooled by a combination of (1) 20-ton and (1) 10-ton Liebert unit with corresponding rooftop condenser units, ensuring temperature stability for the power equipment.

The facility is equipped with a comprehensive backup power system. The MGE UPS Unit (Model: Galaxy VM) provides immediate, uninterruptible power with an output of 180kVA, supported by (1) Modular Battery Cabinet containing 48 batteries total. For extended outages, a powerful Cummins Diesel Generator (500kW, Model: 500DFED) is in place, fueled by a substantial 2,000-gallon diesel fuel storage tank. Power transfer between utility and generator is handled by an Onan Automatic Transfer Switch (800 amps) and a Generac Automatic Transfer Switch (400 amps).

Security and safety are paramount. The facility utilizes a C*CURE Software House Card Reader Access Control System with (7) total card readers positioned at all essential doors. Data center entry requires a HID card swipe and a unique pin code. After-hours, weekend, and holiday access, including use of the freight elevator, requires a separate Building system access card. Monitoring is provided by (4) IP cameras with remote viewing and recording to a DVR system. Fire safety includes a Pre-action Fire Suppression system and a Gas Fire Suppression system installed in both data center rooms and all electrical rooms.
