This facility is a substantial 8,000 square foot space that is fully built-out and offers 0.5 MW of live power and the same for fully built-out power capacity. It supports 8,000 sq.f. of fully built-out whitespace, suggesting ample room for current and future installations.

The power infrastructure is robust, starting with a 480V 3-phase utility feed at 800 amps. Standard rack configurations are 42U (APC AR3100 Cabinets), with power options being extra, typically either 110V/20 amp or 2 x 110V/20 amp. The UPS systems consist of (1) 150kVA Liebert Series 600T and (1) 80kVA Liebert Npower Series unit, each with its own string of batteries (80 total). The facility benefits from (3) redundant 1500kVA Caterpillar Diesel Generators, which are building-owned and tested weekly, each having a separate diesel fuel tank.

The facility offers flexibility in colocation, catering to various customer needs with options for Full Cabinets, Partial Cabinets, and Shared Rackspace.

Security is comprehensive and multi-layered. Access control uses a C*CURE Software House Card Reader Access Control System with three readers at every essential door. Surveillance includes (8) cameras with a local DVR for remote monitoring, and a separate main entrance IP camera with dedicated recording and 24/7 monitoring tied into the Cogent NOC. 24/7 building security is in place, requiring access to both the building and the 7th-floor Cogent facility.

The facility provides Remote Hands service and on-site conveniences like CCTV surveillance and WiFi. Connectivity is strong, with 5 network providers available. The On-Net Products include IP Transit and Ethernet Transport Services. Carrier Availability is excellent, featuring major providers like AT&T, Level3, XO, and Verizon Business. There are 2 tenants offering colocation services within the facility.
